still elated after an electrifying exchange with fellow composers and musicians at the Ostrava Days. The orchestra was so engaged and inspired under the baton of Peter Rundel with my piece a sound, a narrow, a channel, an inlet, the straits, the barrens, the stretch of a neck. It was a fantastic closing concert with pieces from Nono, Streich, Bakla etc. Honoured to have been a part of this festival!
