Just finishing rehearsals with the wonderful conductor Marzena Diakun and the Polish Symphony Orchestra in Katowice. I am so impressed by the poetry and definition Marzena is bringing to the piece, and the orchestra, with such outstanding musicians has a wonderful sound.. I also enjoyed working in this hall, and getting to know the complex history of this region and see some art at the neighbouring museum built on a former coal mine. Now onto Warsaw for the festival!
